This session was absolutely beautiful! Jorden and Joseph were so sweet and easy to photograph. This mama-to-be rocked every pose. I had such a hard time narrowing down the photos to give them, let alone the photos for this blog! Let’s just say they ended up with A LOT of photos! They were just too good!
Planning photoshoots in January is always tricky because you never know how the weather will pan out. The forecast was not looking great for Laurry and Evan’s engagement session, but somehow the clouds opened up and we had beautiful weather! I had so much fun creating these photos with Laurry and Evan. I love getting to shoot down by the Sacramento river! These two will be getting hitched very soon and I can’t wait for their wedding!
Alli and Beau have the cutest house in Chico! We had so much fun creating these photos during their lifestyle shoot. They wanted some fun, casual photos with a little holiday flair. They were giggling and making jokes throughout the shoot and I loved being able to photograph those moments.
I just love this family! They have been with me from the very beginning. When I first started photography I took their family portraits and Carter was just a little guy and now he has grown up so much and there are two new additions! It was so much fun photographing all their personality and even some walking pose bloopers!
I love photographing maternity photos. It’s not something I do a lot, but when I get the chance it’s so sweet. Everyone is excited for the new addition to their family and you can’t deny that pregnancy glow! We had so much fun capturing Sheena’s maternity portraits and her growing family!
Sometimes throwing sticks and rocks is waaay more fun than smiling for the camera. This was the case for these two boys who just wanted to run outside and play! I can’t blame them for that! We still managed to get them to smile for a few! Just when I thought the little brother had had enough of this taking pictures thing, we walked back to the parking lot and as we were walking back his little hand wrapped around my finger and held my hand back to the car. My heart melted! Capturing families can be difficult at times, but kids can be sweet! This family was so beautiful! They are so excited for their new addition to come very soon!
A few months ago I hosted my annual family portrait giveaway and Morgan was the lucky winner! I love giving away a family session every year because the recipients are always so sweet and so excited for their session. Maybe they wouldn’t have gotten portraits taken that year had they not won. Morgan was lucky enough to win, but I was even luckier to photograph this sweet family! Their little guy was running around like a mad man and we had so much fun getting him to smile and laugh.
What a sweet sweet family! They had their photos taken on their beautiful property. We had to work pretty hard to get their daughter to smile or even look at the camera, but with some teamwork we pulled it together for the cutest photos!
Lynn & Kyle are such a sweet couple! They are getting married next Fall at Heart S Ranch in Cottonwood, California and we were lucky enough to have their engagement session at the venue. These two were just laughing and joking with each other throughout their session and they are such a fun-loving couple. I can’t wait to photograph their big day!
I spent so much time with this family growing up and it was amazing to photograph their growing family! From sleepovers and basketball games to now photographing babies! Time really flies! The Titus’ have a beautiful ranch that made for such a great background for their family photos. What a good lookin’ family they have! And these are some of the cutest babies I have ever seen!
